The Young Women’s Christian Association and a group of diplomats’ wives in Thailand held the YWCA International Bazaar 2011, which showcased exclusive products from every corner of the globe on the 1st floor of the Central world from November 26-27, 2011.

There were more than 200 booths which offered rare world-class products imported from 42 countries at promotional and discounted prices. The highlights included supplementary food products, bed sheets, pillows and snacks from Australia; wine from Argentina; maple syrup products, candies, chocolate and cookies from Canada; Persian carpets and handcrafts from Iran; ostrich eggs and beaded net glass covers from South Africa; chocolate and cheese from the Netherlands; beauty products and snacks from the US and wine, pasta, sausages and Parma ham from Italy.

Moreover, there was a variety of gifts for the coming year-end festive season. All proceeds from sales will be donated for flood relief and many charitable organizations including the Chaipattana Foundation, Friends In Need (of Pa) Volunteers Foundation and the Emergency Home.
